Charles Walwyn , a native of St. Kitts – Nevis, is the Managing Partner of the Grant Thornton East Caribbean Firm, comprising offices in Antigua, Barbados, St Kitts, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent with 10 partners and over 130 staff.
He joined the firm in Antigua in 1984 and since then has successfully managed the expansion of the firm into the other territories that now comprise Grant Thornton East Caribbean.
Charles currently leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory and Recovery and Reorganisation Services.
He is currently a board member of Crossroads Centre Antigua and a Trustee of St. Nicholas Primary School.

- Practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada
- Bachelor of Commerce (Cum Laude), Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
